Terrible just terrible

This neighborhood Shell gas station - Adams Mart on Elm Lane - has always been clean, safe and managed nicely. Recently, the station has declined. Trash bins at every pump are not emptied, no paper towels or window wash liquid at the pump stations and no paper receipts. When I notified the clerk, she replied Thats not my job. Sadly, that negative response is annoying considering the price of gas.

Good but opening times are all over the place, so unless its during the day, I probably wont bother again. Weeknights were 9pm, then 11pm, now back to 9pm again. Or rather 8:45 as the person on 10/25 put a be right back sign up and never returned and switched the lights out..

One of the owners is a total asshole and needs to be fired immediately! I am debating calling corporate his name is Bessam. My boyfriend accidentally dropped some of his money on the counter when paying and he screamed at him and said he was banned for life just because of an accident. And this has happened multiple times. The guy who usually works there is awesome but whoever this dude is thinking he can yell at customers needs to be fired immediately. I almost called the police I was so offended and shocked seeing this happen. I have a video I will attach a screenshot of the horrible man.
