I made an appointment for 8am to get my headlights replaced, and did not leave until 12. I was initially told that they had the parts on site and that it should take about an hour however two hours into the appt I was told they actually had to go to another site to get the parts. I would have loved to get that information up front so that I could better plan my day as I was just waiting on site. Other than that the rep was very nice and everything went smoothly. That was just a huge miscommunication that caused me to have a less than desirable experience. It shouldnt take 4 hours for headlight replacement esp when there was an appointment made.

All service personnel do a great job of giving attention, and advice to the customer. This evidently must start with the service manager and subsequently trickles down to the advisors

The five stars are solely for salesperson Rod Burton. He was quick, friendly and efficient. This is the second Malibu I've purchased from Rod. The only complaint was the financial manager wouldn't give me any extra oil changes. I mean one oil change? That's pretty stingy people.

Everytime I have my vehicles serviced here, the service department exceed expectations. These guys are professional and efficient.
