        Setup a meeting with him through his site and confirmed the time. The day before the meeting messages me saying let me call you earlier which I say is okay. The day of the meeting he texts me saying lets meet at the original time planned which I declined. We discuss my situation on the call and he says he will get me a quote the following business day. I havent heard from him since then and it has been several weeks at this point. Unorganized and wasted my time on top of it.

As I am serving and guiding small business owners, I tend to be flexible and accommodating as I understand and relate to the demands and pressures that they face on a daily basis. I have been faced with their needs to reschedule meetings when necessary. Regarding your concerns, I wanted to ensure that I was available to speak with you, hence, the change in the meeting starting time. You are absolutely correct that I did not send you an email with a quote, which was an oversight on my part. However, I did not receive any follow-up messages inquiring about a proposal, which would have given me an indication that you are serious about working with my CPA firm. Please note that I get a large number of clients who are price shopping and are looking to bargain with a professional service such as CPA work. I am not making any assumptions that this applies to you. However, as busy season hits, I stay organized by managing my workflow and by giving individual attention and outstanding service to my clients who see the value of working with my team.Thank you for reading my response and understanding my point of view.
