Rudy's Soulfood and Catering

Im wondering if the owner can help me understand why I waited over an HOUR for my food and why I didnt receive any acknowledgement or apology about my food taking so long.The food wasnt piping hot. The meatloaf was dried out like it had been reheated. I ordered broccoli casserole and got mac and cheese that had so much cheese and grease to give somebody a heart attack. The greens were full of stems. Me and another guy that ordered but told each other we wouldnt patronize this business again.

Everytime I go Im waiting over 30mins on food I ordered 30mins before even arriving do the math!! And its EVERYTIME!

I ordered my food, sitting there waiting since 7:40. The lady says she would be back out with my food. It is now 8:38 and Im leaving. I will call my credit card company, and get it canceled. I will never buy from this establishment again again, this is pure trash. Places like this get black businesses a bad rep I would never ever ever recommend this to anybody.. Wasted my damn night. Im pissed Its like these ppl stole from me

Today was the second time that Ive ordered and waited in car or lobby for 45 mins and over an hour PAST my order pickup time. I ordered at 6:49, order was confirmed for 7:20 pickup and l its currently 8:35 with abt 4-5 other ppl here that have been waiting longer than me for Rudys. Food is good but this is bad business.

Everything Ive tasted from Rudys is extra delectable! My favorite is the smothered pork chop over mashed potatoes with sides of cabbage and yams. The perfect balance of salt, sweet, crispy, crunchy, soft, and seasoning! A meal to be savored because its sooooo gooood! Plus, the owner is always warm and pleasant during pickup.
