My overall service was good. Im a returning customer to this dealership. Problem: my issue was that the car I wanted was posted online 20k miles less than the actual mileage on the car. I felt that I should have been compensated for such an error/oversight. My salesman took my concerns to the manager and I was told there wasnt anything that could be done. If the price of the car was reduced, then they wouldnt make any money. . Personally, I didnt think that was my issue. The car had a couple of minor scratches that werent buffed out & I had to ask for the car to be cleaned before I would take it. Should have asked - it should be automatic. New car = clean car. I like Volvo, and if I ever have to buy another one, I may be even more picky

I would like to thank Ben for making my daughters birthday a great one. She had lost a very special ring in the backseat of the Volvo. The seat was removed and ring was found!! Making all of us very happy. Thank you Ben and the team at Johnson Volvo. Susan Montgomery

Buyers, please be aware of items being added without your knowledge. We purchased a used Volvo XC90 from Johnson Volvo in early May. Gap Insurance and a Service Plan were added without our permission during the financing process. When I questioned the finance manager about the charges, he said we had chosen the options from an "iPad." We never say to see an iPad or select these options. He then rushed through the paperwork at a speed I had never seen (we have bought several cars over the years). After complaining, I learned it was a two-year plan on items already covered by the "Certified by Volvo" warranty. I was then promised an additional 4-year bumper-to-bumper warranty. I have repeatedly asked for documentation and am still awaiting a response. I have called and emailed. I do not generally write reviews, but I often get surveys from Johnson Volvo asking me to rate their service as excellent when it has been anything but perfect.
