I am big on customer service, and it is truly spot on. All of my questions were answered with patience and communication was in a timely manner. Their quality of the vehicles is superior, what you see is what you get. I would purchase again without hesitation, and hands down I highly recommend.

Came here thanks to a friend who bought a car from this guys, he said they were really honest and professionals and he was absolutely right, Initially Mr Kevin took care of me and after a couple minutes, Mr Juan David came and cleared all the doubts I had, more than a seller, this guy had huge knowledge in the cars field. When I get bored of the nice 2019 Audi I got, I will definitely come back to trade it in for another car from them. 5 Stars for sure!

Please DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this establishment. I own a small business and found a commercial use van online that was advertised at this dealership's Rock Hill location. I went and checked it out and test drove it and we decided to purchase. At the time of purchase, Elliot (owner of dealership) informed me that there was a 6 month engine and transmission warranty from the date of purchase, which was February of 2023. We almost immediately noticed issues with the vehicle and called Elliot to let him know. He said he had a mechanic that would come pick the vehicle up and fix it and then return it to us. After several months had passed, Elliot told us that the mechanic he recommended was unable to fix the vehicle and offered us reimbursement. We agreed upon this solution, and Elliot even at one point (in August) shared screenshots of where he had placed a wire transfer that should have came to our account within 72 hours. However, he then canceled the transfer before it hit my account. I have tried multiple times and he now won't even return contact with me. At this point, we are out the money we paid for the vehicle (23,000), the insurance we have been paying on it for a vehicle we don't even have, taxes, insurance, etc, not to mention: the actual van itself. At this point, I am having a hard time finding an attorney to even take the case, as it looks like Elliot may have fled the country all together at this point and I fear loosing even more money in legal fees. I am beyond disappointed and hope that this review can save someone else from making a terrible mistake. This dealership and Elliot totally scammed us and I would hate to see it happen to anyone else. My name is Amanda Steele and I own Williams Flooring of Lancaster, SC.
