    Cheapest services ever, Volvo is lowering their brand value by hiring useless employees, even manager dont have proper information about anything there, I dont why hes working as manager, Just useless if you prefer to buy a Volvo dont ever come to this showroom, worst service ever not at all professional and punctual!

    Several day ago my husband ordered a fuel pump for our 2011 Volvo. The part was extremely high in my opinion. However, thats what to expect when youre the owner of such a rich mans car . . Anyway, on yesterday my husband called this dealership about six consecutive times and each time a person was supposed to call and from that point my husband begin to think why he was being lied too.. At this point, he was upset because he was getting the run around from this unprofessional business and no regards for customers! My husband paid in the amount $496.00 + added cents in which he had to wait a couple of days before the part came in. Shortly after, my husband texted me to follow-up . When I call spoke to the receptionist to confirm what was going on with a service member who then allegedly was at lunch. The phone call dropped and I called back was hung - up on again. The excuse was a new system that they were using ! No call from Brian, Mary or anyone my husband indicated that was supposed to call with the quote to fix the vehicle. Secondly, I called once again, and asked Jan to be transferred to the parts department. I think its unprofessional to leave a person on hold over 5-10 minutes. When Todd answered he couldnt even pull up the part that my husband ordered. I thought to myself that was pretty strange. I gave him his name and phone number no receipt or records on file for my husbands purchase. Just ridiculous in my opinion where is the customer service He stated to me I needed to have a invoice number / parts # in order to identify a CC card purchase? He had the nerve to say no one added my husband information with then the system. I couldnt imagine nor comprehend such bad customer service experience. Thirdly, Jan wanted to say were doing all we can to assist you . That definitely wasnt a true statement, no one was available for me or my husband. Someone was saying that they needed to do a diagnostic but didnt even mention that to my husband. Hum, I wonder why !!!! Then the audacity to ask if my husband was going to have the vehicle towed ? I told my husband not to tow the vehicle b/c he didnt have a quote that was promised. Viewers, who does that calling over 6 times not including the times I tried to get answers from Volvo? Most importantly people probably would have stopped after a few trys . Finally, the manager I believe is Amy was to call me with the quote . I am still waiting she never called. Next , my husband received a call close to closing stating the quote/ cost would be $ 846.00 + tax . No written nothing just a verbal call ! Certainly, this is not the way a potential customer again should be handled especially when they are paying their hard earned money.. Thank you Volvo for not showing any compassion, dignity. nor empathy for myself of my husband that gave you every opportunity to make this a welcome experience! I do hope that you improve and implement a better experience for all your customers who just want a service ! You lost a customer , due to your lack of concern and loyalty ! Viewers think twice before you use this dealership ! WoW Complaint made to Volvo customer service too !

    We found the used vehicle we wanted online at Johnson Volvo, and after some communication via email, I drove 4 hours from Atlanta to purchase it. Five different people at the dealership worked with me all day to make the purchase go through so I could trade in the vehicle I drove there and return same day with the best Mother's Day present ever for my wife. The process started before I left Atlanta in order to get a head start on the paperwork. It continued via cell phone throughout the drive. Numerous obstacles to completion arose with everything from the title for our trade in to arranging payment with my credit union back in Atlanta. Everyone there did whatever it took to make it happen. I never felt any pressure or the sense of sleaziness that can be felt at some dealerships. It was a completely relaxing atmosphere and everyone couldn't have been nicer. I wouldn't hesitate to make the 8 hour round trip to buy from them again.
