I actually had a great experience with this company. I had one issue when I got it and they repaired it with no hesitation. I have had my car going on 4 years now. I only refinanced with the credit union for financial reasons and I'm glad I did because I just saw how they were on the news for filing bankruptcy and consumers didn't know who to pay their payments to and for that reason cars were being repossessed. I hope they are able to redeem themselves

US Auto Sales Trace Alford lies and sells lemons. Recalls not disclosed. He sent me to a mechanic for a dead battery after 2 days of buying vehicle and the mechanic said he would put in for a part that is warranted to pay for the battery. Horrible people scammers!!! And he likes to solicit Marijuana edibles.

***NOW THEY HAVE CLOSED ALL THEIR DEALERSHIPS!!!**** At first was very impressed and LT was helpful and straightforward. I put a deposit in March to hold a vehicle that paperwork was not yet in on. Requested my deposit back 3/13/2023 as no longer moving forward with a purchase and still do not have my money refunded. Told 30 days whenever I was able to get someone on the phone. Well past 30 days. No return call from sales managers, no communication or information on the process. Finally they sent a form for me to fill out, was told refund would be put back on my card. That was April 17th. Back to no response to my voice messages, texts or emails. I have filed a complaint with the BBB.
