I'm a contractor in Charlotte I have been sending my clients to DL cabinetry till today had a client spent over 11k on cabinets they send her drawers for her pantry that do not fit in all there like a car dealer ones they take your money that's it no more service. My clients deserve better. really bad customer service. Now I assemble my on cabinets

I am thrilled with my cabinets. Three years ago DL Cabinetry helped me design my bathroom remodel. They assembled and my contractor picked up and installed them. The cabinets still look brand new.

We are building and contracting our home. We were looking to do a CASH purchase and not a credit purchase. When calling prior to going, I spoke with a young lady who told me I could set up an account and it that it would not be a problem. After traveling 30+ miles to their location we sat down with a young lady who asked for my information . I provided her with my contractor ID with Meck county showing that it was active and current. She then asked for a companys name, I told her that I am the contractor she then told me they could not set up an account but I could use a family member who is a contractor. I called back after leaving and told her I could use my actual companys name that has a tax id etc. its dealing with construction and building. I was told that I could not use my companys name. I really couldnt understand why we were unable to set up an account with this company and was able to get set up with another wholesaler with no problem! Maybe they have a preference of who they choose to work with.
