Interview appeared to have gone quite well, but no one ever contacted me after the interview. I was quite disappointed because it means a lot to the job seeker to be acknowledged, even if its not a job offer. A lot of companies these days dont seem to realize or care how it feels to go to countless interviews without even an update or a simple thank you. I guess its obviously an employers market.

Hello my name is Eleanor Richberg, not sure where to begin. As for this company they are not what it seems. The two brothers have not live up to their word at all. I was not giving an opportunity to show my abilities to grow with the company. I was there for two days with shadowing for one day then next day hands on.. They expect people to learn things very quick and yes I had some issues. How can you grow with a company if employees make some mistake. You will make mistake I did not know you cant make mistakes while training we are human. Only way to correct the mistake is learning from your mistakes Plus learning the system as well. Showing your growth with this company it may happened or it may not happened. In this case I was not giving any opportunities to show my growth at all. God always say when one door closes another one opens up bigger and better and I have better days to come.
