Getting a timeshare canceled is a long and arduous but Stephanie made it as easy as possible for me. She communicated with me regularly the status of my case, and anytime something had to come from me, it was sent to me ready to go with just my signature needed. My case was specifically challenging as it came with a unique set of extra hurdles, but she helped me through every step of the way and I couldnt be more thankful for her hard work! It was a long 18 months, but its finally over and I would recommend her to anyone in the horrible situation of owning a timeshare.
