What is a personal brand? I havent thought about my personal brand or updating my resume in eight years. Partially because I was too busy and because I was in a job I loved and did not plan to leave. I had an opportunity to participate in a personal branding seminar Rhonda held and it completely changed my perspective on my career and personal goals. Rhonda opened my mind through a series of thoughtful exercises to identify specifically what I want, what I can offer and where I want to be personally and professionally.
