I started at GMS almost 7 months ago and I cant even describe how thankful I am to be apart of such a diverse and inclusive company. We work hard to help small businesses with back end HR, save money on workers compensation and healthcare, and so much more. As a company they value the morale and overall employee well being by doing team building exercises, happy hours, celebrations and not to mention the benefits are amazing! I have grown so much as a professional and as a person under the leadership here at GMS. Thank you to all who have invested in me and my career, it doesnt go unnoticed!

I have been working here with GMS in Charlotte for three months now, and I can say GMS is a great place to work! the company as a whole has an amazing company culture, and does a great job of supporting their reps. The sales manager does everything in her power to help their reps succeed, and the company offers great benefits, pay, and commission structure. Update ! Starting my Third year now at GMS! The company has done nothing but improve its systems and capabilities for its employees. I feel completely supported by my managers, and is a great sales position for anyone looking for a valuable career with great commission structure, pay, and benefits.
