Bought 11 windows for my new house that I was building in 2016. That's 22 window panes, 1 fixed upper & 1 lower sash. Within 6 years, 12 window pane seals had failed. How does a company stay in business with this type of failure? I see why they have a 10 yr warranty. Ms. Lisa B. was Extremely helpful & apologetic over the years in honoring their warranty, though it usually took many months to get the replacements. Many of the replacements had to be reordered & reordered numerous times. They should have NEVER left the factory: Twisted panes, out of square, glass 1/2 short on one side, cracked & bowed sashes. Even though I still have a warranty left, I am wearing out just ordering & waiting, then installing them, especially the upper glass. I'm older now & just about spent. I've spent 50yrs building homes and I gotta say these are some pretty bad windows. Like I said Ms. Lisa B did her best when working with me and I have NO complaints with her. I hope no more seals fail. Hurry up warranty, please run out.

After 2 years the window seals have broken and the windows are all fogging up between the panes. Cannot get Moss to communicate with me via email or phone. They wont answer the phone. After reading all the negative reviews on this company and their defective windows, need a lawyer to get them to stand up to their so called window warranty. Very poor quality windows and customer service. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Was told order will be ready in 8-12 weeks now its been 5 months... I do not recommend this company. Garbage Today is July 22 order still not complete so that makes it 9 months.
