We have been shopping around for a company to help us out with a backyard project. Shane and his crew were super helpful. They walked us around their showroom and presented us with so many options. He was aware of our budget and kept that in mind as we discussed what we liked the best. Shane appears to be an expert in his field. Great place to check out.

I highly recommend 101 Building and Supply. Shane and his staff are great to work with. Knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, and passionate. You can really tell that Shane cares about his customers. And they have a great showroom, making the experience worth the trip to their location. Also, their pricing is far better than others that I have come across. They are a great choice.

Contracted with Ali on purchase of backsplash tile for my kitchen job. Ali was pleasant and the pricing was good but overall experience was stressful. Delivery of materials was delayed numerous times and required my follow up. Grout was overlooked and not included with initial delivery. When grout was finally delivered, it was the wrong color (which Ali initially attempted to explain was the right color but that the manufacturer had changed the name of the color ). That was inaccurate. When an extra box of tile had to be ordered, the delivery was delayed multiple days and when it finally came in Ali was unable to deliver it as planned (which I only learned about upon calling to confirm that things were on schedule for delivery that day.) The entire experience was stressful and not worth the few hundred dollars of savings.
