        I got an e-mail specifically stating "Your order is ready for Pick-up". I spent the time to get there early, get in line only to be told that the books are on back order. It is absolutely confusing, frustrating and a waste of time getting contradictory information. The majority of vital RCP books were on backorder first day of classes except for one (which I didn't even get because I was told it wasn't available) - All of my classmates were unable to get the kits we need to do the entire class so we can take our board exams. We need the book by Wednesday 1/10 8AM in order to register for our practice board exam class.
