Grifols Talecris - Plasma Donation Center

I worked here for years and I do believe this place have the potential to be an awesome place to work and donate. The donors are great, the facility is cleaned, employees were hardworking & fun, and the training coordinator is determined to make sure EVERY employee is well trained. However, the managers were not trustworthy, they lied, they were manipulative, they gossiped about employees to coworkers.Embarrassed staff by yelling at us in front of the donors. Only their favorites were promoted. Regardless, of what they did wrong. Ive watched ppl who were hired years after me move up only because they had a special relationship with the Assistant Manager. Both Center Manager & Assistant manager knew how knowledgeable and compassionate I was about my job while working there. I was a hardworking employee and was unappreciated along with other employees. Not to mention they were very spiteful. Anytime you voiced your opinion and they didn’t like it or agree with it, management tried their best to make your day hell, they did things like wrote you up for petty things, your schedule may have changed to from days to nights just because they were upset. Also, management showed no accountability to nothing that went wrong in the center. They blamed the staff for everything. I’ve seen them mistreat so many ppl that didn’t deserve it. I’m so glad that I resigned! I’m so grateful that I have a much better opportunity with better management and professionalism. Grifols lost a lot of amazing employees due to management!!! I’m sure it haven’t gotten any better. A team usually follows their leader. Poor leadership= Poor team!!!!

I was permantly deferred for a mistake a previous nurse made, was never told i was deferred..i am not a liar, i did disclose my information and the previous nurse didnt put it in my chart..so when it came to my next physical they said i couldnt donate anymore, this was after a year and a half of no issues..they are rude, and condisending..i will never suggest them to anyone..

Gosh where do I start!!!! I've been donating here roughly over 2 years. I've seen the best employees leave because of how rude, obnoxious and a hard time management are giving them. I don't know behind the scenes but being a pair of eyes when no one thinks your noticing make you want ro call H.R. The BEST two phlebotomists (Andra), who just left. I just received the news that the other one that's the phlebotomy lead Q is leaving also. Whose going to stick my rolling vein now? The other workers just not skilled enough. Omg once the last one leave this place is going up in flames and I'm leaving too. I can bet why they left. Those managers are horrible (the lightskin ghetto one and the other one kamesha). They yell at them in front of people, say slick comments about them (I heard while sitting on the bed)and I haven't seen them even give them credit at all and they're the best I've seen organize the sticking area and making sure other staff are attentive and they fix their mistakes. Please make them the managers. The phones are never answered, the doctor comes when he pleases and I rarely get my entire payout. Some girls in the front are really rude also. The only thing this place is for is a good laugh because this establishment is funny.
