Bree was the best. She was so polite and welcoming. She Helped me find the best flat iron and heat spray in seconds. She deserves a raise, bonus and promotion. Her customer service skills are top notch. Bonus points she is so beautiful!

They profile at this location... the store associate came over to the aisle I was in (no other customers in the store) and pretended like they were straightening items nearby on the shelf that were already perfectly straightened. Ive been profiled enough to know when Im being profiled.

Thank you Gwen and Sally Beauty for helping me reach new creative heights in beauty. I have bought a lot of nail supplies from Sally Beauty and today I wanted to try something with hair for the first time and a wonderful lady named Gwen helped me. She initially asked if I needed help and I did not want to bother her since there was only one employee working at the time, BUT I quickly became overwhelmed with all the options and technical terms. Gwen was so patient to help me find what I needed. She was also very knowledgeable about the products and guided me to pick something that would make the most sense for my desired finished look. Hands down, one of the best employees I've met so far. I felt bad because while she helped me, another customer was rude to her in order to get her attention and also rude during checkout, showing no patience even though it was clear to see that there was only one employee. I hate to see people mistreated. Gwen remained very calm and professional. She is the type of person that makes shopping special because she actually takes time to help customers even when others do not appreciate it. Thank you Gwen!
