QC Barber Studio

I don't normally leave reviews but this place needs to be knocked down a notch. I made an appointment hours in advance, showed up early and the doors were locked. No one in sight. Called, no answer, voicemail isn't even setup. Barber shows up 30 minutes late and mumbles "ready for you" as he walks by. Doesn't even look at me. He slowly walks into the studio and still doesn't say a word to me. I asked him if something was wrong. He says he just feels bad about missing an appointment. Ok, well maybe you could have started with an apology or just an explanation that your system didn't show you my appointment? He starts going on about how it's not his fault. Ok, well it's not my fault YOUR system didn't work. I'm trying not to be rude to the guy, I just want an answer but he starts claiming I'm being smart with him. That was it, I'm not going to give someone who treats a customer that way my business. I walked out. Wouldn't recommend.

I was treated like A Queen No Thanks to the Owner. I was s pleased with my service I sent My Boyfriend they too . So now whenever someone asks me about a barbershop, I always tell them about QC, and all the other extra treatments that they offer there, which are so relaxing, and worth it to try
