Chili's Grill & Bar

Deserted at lunchtime, which is usually a sign of poor food/service, but both were good. Pleasantly surprised.

Food came out cold except the queso cheese. Took forever for food and drinks. Waitress seemed like she didn't care about anything but chatting with other coworkers. I'm not the kind of person to put bad reviews but this honestly sucked. I'm traveling with family and stopped here thinking it was going to be alright but nope. Hey come on and eat if you like your food cold.

Curb side service was terrible. I sat there for almost 15 min. I saw several people walk in and out with their food so I went in. My food was just sitting there. The young women behind the counter said she could not leave because she was the only one there. I asked why didnt anyone text me. She just shrugged. Food was also missing.

Ordered delivery online on Chili's website and NOT through DoorDash. After 1 1/2 hrs (quoted 45 minutes) I receive a text saying my food was delivered. No food in sight. Called Chili's & was told they use DoorDash for delivery through their website. Ok. DoorDash always sends a text with a picture of the order at the door. No picture, just a text from a # that can't be called or texted back saying the order was delivered. The person I spoke to was very nice but why wasn't I directed to DoorDash to order if they were delivering my food. Never had an issue with a DoorDash delivery which makes me suspect about it ever being sent out for delivery. $40 refund but 5-7 business days. I have to rate one star because I never got the food. Do better.
