        3 stars because the inside looks nice. Not very friendly reps when i wanted to cash a check. Not knowing i couldnt do certain transactions with a business account. Especially since Ive only had this bank a few months. Some friendly advice or explanation would be nice. Why the attitude at 11am? Not even half way through the day. This is why people hate banks. Too much attitude and regulation about MY money.

        If I could give a Lower rating than 1 I would. Was treated as if I was criminal had to sit and wait more than 30 mins to cash a 401k check completely legal check ! On top of that I was not treated as priority at all almost as if I was cashing a fraudulent check. Judgement is real and disgusting they should be ashamed.

        I'm excited that Chase came to Charlotte. They have some great advantages for banking with them. Nonetheless, walked into the branch to cash a check and decided to open an account. The young lady who assisted me was waiting on a client who was due there in 20 minutes. She quickly added my info and my account was open in less than 15 minutes! Fast friendly service was my experience at the location. Thank you
