        Lines always too long. 1 teller, 2 if we are lucky. Business line that is not in use, so what's the point of the signage? People in back talking when they could be helping. Please do better. Still no improvement? Not well ran. No improvement

        This location stay busy .They need to have 3 windows at 9 am not one.With the other two people just at the windows.They need to come in early to get whatever they need done so they can give the customer service they need to give.There 15 people in line and one window not acceptable.Managment do better.

        Long line only 1 teller. There were other people in the back just talking. I understand the want to socialize but not in front of a long line. Went to go exchange my coins and the teller was very rude complaining about having to count the coins and slapping the rolls back on the table to give back to me and told me to count them again because they looked short, they were actually over when I counted them. Then they didnt give me $10 from the coins that were already counted.
