        I came with my two children to set up an account for them. Despite coming during regular business hours we were turned away by the bank manager because they did No have time for us. We were told to come back the next day. When we came back we were told no one could help us for an hour. We chose to wait. During that time I watched the manager assist several other clients while my children waited. It has been close to an hour currently, my children are restless and I am watching the manager assist someone who just walked in while we wait. To say I am disappointed by this type of treatment would be an understatement.

        The people here wont even entertain you. Keep saying One minute, can you at least ask us why were here for first? I cant believe theres no Notary Public present here! Really, a bank? Do better!
