Rusty is not only great at what he does but he is a great person as well! From the first call he was very nice and respectful and told me exactly what to expect. When we met in person he was even nicer, and his work speaks for itself. If I ever need anymore upholstery repair I will always come to Rusty. I feel that when you find a great company and get excellent customer service it is important to shout it out to the world. I just had such an experience with Rusty at Mustin's Auto & Upholstery. I called with an issue, but unfortunately he was booked up and unable to help me. He still took time out of his day to give me some great recommendations and suggestions to help with my problem. Greatly appreciated! I also noticed (here in the reviews) that my favorite Charlotte mechanic (CMD Automotive) highly recommends him, so another plus! Service: Auto detailing

After trying to get my seat cover replaced at several other businesses, Rusty was the only one who let me buy the cover and bring it for the install. Rusty couldn't have been a nicer guy and I he even added foam to the seat where it was worn. I highly recommend him!
