        I spoke to someone face to face about getting my windshield replaced and was assured everything would be coordinated for my appointment. The following week I came in and nothing had been scheduled. I was sent away without an apology saying I should have called to set everything up. If you're looking to make a quick pit stop along Independence then this is the spot. If you want to get anything fixed on your vehicle then you need to go somewhere else.

        I came to fix recalls.I said you can change oil and fuel filters. My wife picked truck from dealer. I been drive for 3 thousand miles. And my truck showed near change oil and fuel filter. I suppose to drive 10 more thousand miles. They was not happy. They said we changed but didnt refresh computer.I checked oil was very old black.and smelled. I talked with supervisor. He was good. He gives free oil change. But fuel filter didnt charge just refreshed by computer. I said come back after 5 more thousand.. so I spent 600$ and Im not sure they did something. Next time I have to do service my self. I cant trust this guys
