Based on my experience here, this shop is a complete rip-off. The mechanic is a nice guy. That's where the positives end for me. I know what reasonable prices for automotive work look like, and their prices ain't it. I needed a brake job in a hurry--the grinding noise had recently begun and was killing me! So...based on the somewhat glowing reviews, I took my car here. Aaaand, in my *Pretty Woman Julia Roberts' voice* BIG mistake, HUGE! They charged me over $700 for a brake job and a new caliper! NEVER AGAIN! Don't go here unless you have money to waste or are in a serious bind like I was! Wouldn't even let me use my own parts without nullifying their warranty, which is crazy because we probably would have been getting them from the same dealer that day, if it were even possible.

Fantastic service. I live in Winston Salem and will have only Trevor's shop work on my car. Trust only Taitt's Automotive if you want a reliable vehicle AND quality customer and mechanic service!

came from out of town and Jeff took care of us as quick as he could. definitely recommend these guys they kept us from spending more time here than we wanted to.
