Horrible, I went to ask for a quote for my car insurance, and no one helped me, there are four desks and only one person at 2:30 in the afternoon and I was talking on the phone the entire time I was there... people arrived after me and they also left

Ive been going through them for a whole year didnt have a problem with them tell about 3 months ago they will send you a email saying youre policy has been changed without you knowing and youre bill will be changed for no reason I went from paying 200 to out of no where my bill went right up to 500$ for no reason i have no tickets or anything I would not recommend going through them at all

They are very deceptive. I have had a policy for over a year and every month my premium changes and they always have an excuse. They are cheap for a reason. Reminds me of Spirit airline. Looks cheap but they nickel and dime you. You get what you pay for
