Direct Auto Insurance

The agent who set me up with my policy was absolutely amazing! I'm not good at making phone calls, and I have some memory and comprehension problems at times bc of a medical condition, so I was nervous about making this call. But I did not regret it. The agent was so kind, helpful and understanding. He had no problem repeating things to me or explaining what seemed like simple things to me, and he never had an attitude or acted condescending towards me about it (or anything else). While I sometimes can get confused, my agent made sure that I thoroughly understood everything and had gotten everything I was looking for in my policy before we hung up. He was incredibly knowledgeable and could quickly and easily answer every question I had. For once, I hung up from a phone call not feeling stupid but feeling accomplished and secure with my decision to purchase a policy with Direct. My agent was 50% of why I did purchase it. While I'm happy with my coverage, rates, roadside, etc, it was really my agent that sealed the deal.

Every time I visit this location that door is locked or they are not there, I tried to stop by here maybe four or five separate times, and never was able to get into the door.. guess I'll try somewhere else.
