Edited to update 2/29/24 Apparently I forgot about my awful experience years ago and decided to try them again on the recommendation of family. Well, I was disappointed yet again. I will 100% admit that I called requesting a quote within four days of my current insurance expiring and I completely understand that is a tight turnaround time. I was very clear about this and was assured I would receive a call before the deadline. I did not. When I called back after the promised time, I was told again that I would get a call back by the next day in the morning at the latest (way too late when your insurance expires at midnight). I dont necessarily have a problem with the fact that I didnt receive a quote. The problem lies within the empty promises. If you cannot make the deadline, just say so up front and save both of us the time and trouble. I contacted Superior Insurance to discuss insurance options and was initially helped quickly. Unfortunately, upon two further discussions, my questions went unanswered. And I was put immediately on hold for long periods of time with each call. Terrible, terrible customer service. Dont waste your time.
