Senior Care Authority

We cannot thank Senior Care Authority enough with helping us locate a skilled nursing facility for our mother recently. From the first call with Mike Manion, we felt this was a great decision. Danielle absolutely went 100% above and beyond, and made the transition very easy, and put our minds at ease. We are so very thankful for the kindness, patience and professionalism shown with every aspect.

Mike and his team were extremely helpful and patient with us as we navigated this new world of caring for mom. He was also incredibly gracious when we ultimately decided to keep mom where she was due to her condition. Mike laid out for us clearly, all of our options based on location, safety and care.

Mike was simply amazing! My brother and I were in a desperate situation as we thought we were going to need to find a new place for our mother quickly. Ultimately, we ended up deciding our mother was where she needed to be, that was best for her care. At My brother initially contacted Mike and described our mothers needs and in no time, Mike sent us wonderfully detailed options for us to review. He even offered to go on tours with us to guide us through the process. He checked on us several times to see if we needed anything. He is fantastic to work with, highly responsive and truly cares. In a time when you are out of your mind with worry and desperate to find care for your loved one, this is the place to come!!
