        I was having a problem with my refrigerator a week before Easter. Ok Appliance Repair in Charlotte expedited getting the necessary parts and had the refrigerator working well the next day. Communication was excellent. One of the best experiences we have had getting such work done.

        Zach was fantastic at communicating and fixing the issues I was having with my refrigerator. He was able to come out on a Sunday to diagnose the issue I was having and ordered/installed the new part in less than 48 hours. Would highly recommend and use this service again!
