Moved in at the top of the month and Lamar, Diamond, and Eric truly helped feel at home. The new tenant orientation was thorough along with recommendations since Im new to the state. The staff calmed my nerves with being extremely informative and helpful . I am looking forward to my experience while staying in this community

Diamond is an exceptional employee and has always arrived promptly and swiftly during emergencies. Her and Lamar are truly gifts to this community and I pray they are compensated well for all they do. I cant say enough about how they add joy and peace of mind around here. Eric, the new leasing manager, has gone above and beyond for me quite often. I truly appreciate all hes done and I see him navigating a myriad of challenges in this community to the best of his ability. Id love to see him stay on and grow here. Chris, the community manager, seems to care about the community, but I wish he was more communicative and followed up better on concerns from residents. Ive emailed him several times and hes just stopped responding, which is disheartening when youre in the middle of issues and have questions. Overall, its the staff that makes this community. A very hard job and I appreciate all the efforts made on my behalf.

I have been at this apartment for 1.5 years and like every other apartment, it has its good and bad. I agree that the parking for guests is lacking, but if the residents would park in the parking lot and not the street, these spaces would be open for guests. My neighbors leave their trash outside their door all weekend, and some pet owners do not clean up after their dogs. You will find this everywhere though. The clubhouse is very versatile, I have used it several times. The pool is very nice as well, even having chaise lounges in the shallow end. Not only that, but there's a nice little outdoor entertaining area with grills, tables, and a corn hole pit (bring your own boards, I believe they use them for community events only). The apartments are luxurious and the Edison lighting works perfect with my decor! Plus, my porch is used morning till night! One of the things I like the most about this community is the security team that patrols the community. This amenity was one of the most attractive feature to this community when I was looking. I could not find another apartment community that had this amenity. Glad I made the choice to move here.
