        Very Good living experience. Great location. Good Amenities (gym, pool, courtyard, clubroom with coffee machine and pool table.) Management is very helpful and good with maintenance requests.

        Izzy was so helpful with my requests. She answered right when I called the leasing office and was super patient and provided great assistance! I love Ava South end as I am currently a resident there. Great staff and its a beautiful place.

        I have just moved in with 2 others but AVA South End seems to be in a much better spot with new management than other posts from a while ago. They have responded quickly with answers to concerns and are building a great community here. Highly recommend to people who are looking for a relatively lower rent community but want to be close to Southend.
