The Bryce

The website advertisement doesnt match with what you get. The Bryce also placed a split payment plan after evicting my family and I. We were late on rent by a day and they placed next months rent on top of what was need to be paid before next month even came. So it was impossible for us to pay; we move in 5 years ago our rent was $1300, after inflation the apartments around us went up to $1900. They placed us in a position to where we couldnt afford rent in order to take the apartment, and rent it for more(The apartment is still available). And a few days after receiving the eviction email, I received an email of The Bryce offering payment plans.

I am going on my second year here at The Bryce and I have really enjoyed my stay. It's a quiet community and all of the staff are extremely friendly. Nate is a wonderful groundskeeper/maintenance who is always willing to help out and does things very quickly. The leasing office staff will take care of you and really care about your needs. I highly recommend if you are looking for a good place to call home!

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! I am begging you do not do it! Lives here 3 years paid rent on time... never late. Trashiest apartments I have ever been at. The gate never works or is always open and never closes. The trash compactor is always broken trash piles from everybody throwing in one trash compactor!!! Ppl shooting and fighting in the apartment and also my car got broken into! The Bryce is trash... the apartments are trash... the maintenance workers are trash... the leasing office workers are trash!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE AND IF YOU DO U WILL HATE IT. The apartments are waaaayyyyy over priced for that.
