I moved in at the end of December and have had an amazing experience so far! The apartments are brand new and Emma and the rest of the management staff have been very welcoming and helpful. Any requests or questions Ive had have been answered promptly and I havent had a single issue since I moved here. Im happy I found such a great apartment complex with a management team that really cares. It took a lot of searching around before I found and decided on this place and I couldnt be happier with my choice! Update: Complex changed management in September and the new management is garbage. Notice that the reviews after the switch are consistently lower - there's a reason for that. Glad I didn't renew my lease.

The apartment complex had my car tower and I missed work. This is the Worst experience. I didn't get any resolution from this company. I never have a parking space in my building , so I always have to park 2 buildings over.

Had a wonderful tour of the property with Kiara today. Looking forward to a possible move in. If all is successful, I will update my review with details about that experience. Update: I'm a month into living at the complex. Maintenance and the office staff are kind and responsive. All my maintenance request have been resolved in a timely manner. The neighborhood is quiet, I feel safe and the neighbors I've spoken to have been pleasant and kind. The only negative thing I've encountered is the exterior walls are thin or it could be through the windows but I can hear conversations word for word in my bedroom when my neighbors linger in the front. Luckily, it doesn't happen late at night often but it is bothersome. I'm glad I choose to live at Update: Nov 2023 New Property Management company took over Allora Wallace on 9/19/2023 without advance notice. So far, the experience hasn't been a smooth transition, and unfortunately the rental office experience has been hit or miss on transparency, getting correct information or being able to get in contact with someone who can help. Hoping it gets better. Nov2023- The new manager, Jenna, reached out to acknowledge and address my concerns from a community review. I appreciated the effort. I look forward to seeing if things pick up with the new property management company over the next few months. Time will tell.
