Made an appointment to come in and look at an apartment that was listed online as available. When I got there the lady had no idea of our appointment. She said everything is at max capacity and tried to up sell me and two others in the lobby on a high priced 2 bedroom that was supposedly the last one. I asked when the next 1 bedroom unit would be Available. She had no idea and said to come back in 3 months to see what we have. Not a fan on the customer service and how they lure you in by saying units are available then when you get there they try to up sell you. I was also expecting it to be cleaner from the photos they have online.

Ms Blackberry you need to get a fair housing lawyer and also you can go to legal aid and they will help you. You should have had more then 2 days to move and all your money back for their mistake. In the mean time look on the outskirts of Charlotte and apply for housing. They did not care about you or your family. God bless you just don't give up. They lied to me about it being low income and when I went back the next day to apply it just magically went up to 1100.00. The lady stood at the door and would not let me apply even if it was 1100.00 a month I believe it is screening or discrimination in housing.

Lets be real. The 1st day of application I was #1 in line, it was at least 2,000 people behind me and building had not started yet. Of course its a waiting list. Its actually really affordable compared to other apartments. Its a tax credit apartment not affordable housing. The staff have always been helpful and respectful. Its dirty because of tenants throwing trash all around the dumpster instead of in it. Tenants dont value or appreciate what they have.Ive cleaned around the dumpster several times because I care about my surroundings. They offer an exterminator every week for everyone. You have to request it at the office. Maintenance has to wait on parts just like everyone else and it may be a back up. If you dont pay,you will be put out. How can a business run on love and compassion it doesnt. The owner has bills to pay also. Nowhere is free to live. They cant pick and choose who they want to live there its against the law. The staff is doing the best they can being that everyone worldwide is short staffed.

Very very disappointed. Came to visit in February hoping to relocate in June to attend school in the fall. Via our February visit , we were told if we applied then we would be in by June / July. So we applied. We applied under the low income housing and got accepted. Due to currently living 8 hours away, we called about once a week for two or three weeks and finally got through trying to see an update on our application . We were told we were accepted which was exciting, but then told im going to be real with you youre looking at about a 3 year waitlist. I just do not understand, why were we told we would be in by June/July if accepted ? Now we were accepted and have a 3 year waiting time ? This really left me and my family hanging on the short end of the stick and now I have no time to find somewhere to live in order to register for school. This is completely unfair, someone should NOT be told one thing and then once their money is made off of application fees switch it up to another .
