Shana, the leasing specialist, was amazing. She was very informative and didn't hesitate to show me around. The property is beautiful with great amenities but Shana sold me on wanting to live here with her positive attitude and willingness to help. Thank you!

The apartment complex is nice, and the features and amenities are good, but living next to the hospital and a major intersection makes any kind of peace or sleep almost impossible. The windows are not well insulated from sound, and we get sirens from ambulances, police, and fire all night, every night. Literally 2-3 per hour. I regret not staying for a bit when we checked this place out at night. It's a shame too, because the apartment itself is very nice, and the staff are friendly. The location is just really bad, especially if you work from home like I do.

I would like to share my thoughts and appreciation with apartment management team. Specially the manager Miss Samantha for your kindness and love and care for all residents and care for the the complex. This is one of the best apartment in the downtown Charlotte. Very nice, clean, great design and well managed. I have bean here over 3 years and love this place. Good job. Keep up you guys Many Thanks!!!!!
