So Professional! I went on a tour with I think her name was Megan today and she answered every question I had plus more! The lounge and pool area were way cleaner and nicer than my current place and the assistant manager was gorgeous! 11/10 would reccommend. Hope I'm approved!

Weve recently moved into our two bedroom apartment and the experience has been great. There were a few concerns we had after move in but the office staff is great and all concerns have been met. The maintenance guy Brian G was very helpful and went above and beyond. We definitely appreciate his assistance.

This apartment complex doesnt pressure wash the stairs they are filthy. The parking situation is horrible literally after 8 PM there are no parking spaces, theres more apartment buildings than parking spaces. They tow peoples cars who live here and pay rent and also put warning stickers on your car when you try to park your car near your apartment.

My 1 star is for Megan/the office staff. Did my application and everything and never got any information back rather I was approved or not, they dont care to check on their applicants. Been calling the office to get updates and no one barely answers the phone after they take your money for the application. I was really hoping to move in cause I really liked the area and how the apartments looked but unfortunately it didnt go as planned. I guess it was Gods plan blocking me from being a resident at this apartment since they do not care to give information back after your initial application and all my income requirements was met. I guess they just pick and choose who to approve and who not to approve cause shes been ignoring my text/calls/emails since then. Something about the staffs just seems fishy and fake. My spirit tells me that Megan does not want to tell me that I got approve(with conditional) on my application which I dont know why. Like why are you ignoring someone thats just tryna find a place for their family, such a weird behavior. Theyre not genuine and lack communication.
