    It's good that the buildings are getting painted but what about the ugly dented up door white would look classy they pulled up all the dead shrubbery to leave dirt and wires it's not a day go by when I leave the trash is all around the building I have taken pictures and sent to the front office most of the time the yard guy is on the golf cart on his cellphone smh the bench outside our building is broken and need to be repainted the breezeway are NEVER BLOWN and the inside could have been more updated don't know why I renewed my lease and the front office some are nicer t han others can be really rude and don't always answer phone and you know t there in the office if you want us to pay this high rent do more for what we pay we should be in South Charlotte or uptown

    Update::: what I thought was decent turn into a nightmare for me, I was violently attacked on the property by a guy wearing a black ski mask , causing me to be rushed to the hospital where I had to have an emergency c section because I fell on my stomach while being attacked with pepper spray and taser literally felt like I was dying ! Contact the apartment complex and asked for a transfer which they approved but now Im stuck with a Financial burden because I have to pay for movers , physical therapy , and a therapist , literally terrified to leave my apartment so instead of transferring I asked to moved and now theyre saying I would be responsible to pay for a buy out , which they would need a 60 day notice 1500 dollars ,yall be aware all they care about is money they dont care about your safety it really sucks , because I literally just spent so much money, time and effort into moving. ! And Im still hearing gun shots every night and the gate still doesnt work ,these apartments are not safe ! Decent , scared out my mind keep hearing gun shots every night , then today I hear like 10 gun shots while a car was speeding out the development as I was getting my package out the gym room , police came right away but still scary , maintenance is short staff but doing there best , takes a min but I understand , Omar came right away to help me with a few things which I really appreciate!

    Ive lived here for 2 years and never had any problems until now . They aren't willing to work with you which is crazy , they aren't on top of maintenance . i had a hole in the wall for 3 months and didn't pay that month until it was fixed. my washer makes noises and no one has come out to fix it yet . I would at some point had recommended this place, but i wont and i will continue to tell everyone how horrible this place is to live . Thanks Elan At Mallard Creek for this experience you shall see alot of reviews from me now !

    The staff that was there when my dad first moved in was wonderful now with this new staff. They have all these additional costs with statement fees charging people for compact trash all these unnecessary fees Pest Control when we requested for him to have the pest control every month he still does not get it, but he has to pay for it every month and can't even get it makes no sense every month the rent is going up and up and up with all these amenity fees and underlying fees that was not even mentioned in the beginning I'm currently looking for new living quarters for my father hoping to not have to renew his lease here.
