Had a phenomenal experience here. I've had botox before elsewhere and for the price I paid the results weren't as noticeable. Dr. Rafael listened to my concerns. We did dysport and my forehead is so smooth but still able to move my forehead. He got it right the first time and I didn't have to go back for a touch up.

Dr. Rafael Nieto was the only doctor that was able to give me tightening results on my abdomen. For the past three years, I have tried various laser treatments, cryotherapy, and micro needling. As a Medical Esthetician of 16 years, I am truly impressed with Dr. Nieto's expertise in natural looking results and total wellness.

Dr. Nieto does a great job on lip filler! He also is really good at Botox/Dysport placement as well. His facility is also very spacious and clean. Would recommend :)

I went to this institute for information regarding a specific treatment only. All Dr. Nieto was concerned about was selling me package deals and telling me how great I would look doing all these different treatments. It was more of a sells pitch trying to get me spend more money. I kept telling him no and he kept insisting!!! VERY uncomfortable!! Would NOT recommend!! Just seemed to be concerned with adding up the $$$$

My family member went to see Dr. Nieto supposedly with great recommendations. At IZAR wellness Institute Med Spa, great staff but unfortunately Dr. Nieto does not run an honest, professional practice on his end!!! You would think with the education and professionalism a Doctor would have a better sense of customer service, compassion and work ethic instead it was like a scam ring. You should never leave a patient dissatisfied with a procedure and have them walk out but make sure they pay for services that were not completed. The promises and guarantees that are made were false hope. When a procedure is done and you still look the same and nothing has changed like it was suppose to and the Doctor says wow you look so good! My eyes are not deceiving I looked the same there was not any difference. It was clear that the patient needed more ccs in order to see the difference with treatment. The Doctor choose not to make corrections or show any compassion for the concerns of the patient. How are you to charge as much money $$$$ for a treatment that clearly had zero results. Being in the same industries my family member was taken advantage of, given insufficient treatment, dissatisfied and he was dishonest. Having you pay full price for half the treatment!!! If this is how he treats his patients he will not being getting my well earned money. I will not be visiting this Doctor. VERY unprofessional and dishonest!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! BECAREFUL before you jump into any treats with Dr. Nieto, EL ESTAFADOR!!!!!!
