I've been a customer with Adam's many years now. They have always done good work for me and I never feel pressured to spend money unnecessarily. They dont rush when they come to service the units and are happy to answer any questions. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Having purchased a home with end-of-life HVAC appliances, we found ourselves pretty quickly in need of a brand new air conditioner; and not long after that, a brand new furnace. We shopped around and hired Adams for the first job because of their competitive pricing, great communication, and courteous attitudes. We re-hired them for the second because we were so pleased with their work on the first. In the year+ that followed, we've had some issues with groundwater in our crawlspace where both units live. Long story short, a perfect storm of coinciding problems makes it such that whenever it rains really heavy, our HVAC shuts down. This is no fault of Adams. Their equipment is simply designed to protect itself in the presence of standing water, and our crawlspace is tricky. No one could have foreseen this problem, but I want to applaud their service to us as customers while we've puzzled after a solution to it. I'm especially thankful for our latest technician, Paul, who came to our property once for an urgent weekend call and again a few days later free of charge to test out whether we could mitigate the issue by repositioning some of our peripheral HVAC hardware. He was persistent, creative, and sincere; and I got the sense that Adams was ready to do anything possible on their end to help us. Ultimately, I think we have a bigger (and more expensive ) problem to fix with the water in our crawlspace. I wouldn't ask anything else of Adams, though, at this point; and I'm thankful for the peace of mind they've given me to have bottomed out on the problem from their side of the matter. I highly recommend them, for the services that you know you need as well as any help down the road that you didn't.
