        Here to share an unpleasant application experience. We applied for august move-in in january after making sure no huge rise in rent. Then we saw an increase of 10% to 20% and was told no exact price will be known recently and application fee, 225*3 in total, is not refundable even in this case. Just a reminder to early applicants: Watch out the sharp rise after application and be cautious about paying the great application fee.

        I arrived at Watch Village 10 days ago. The house was clean. The staff were all friendly. After staying there for 10 days, the townhome is quiet and clean. Temperature control in the house. Use the shower room. Everything in the kitchen and laundry room is convenient and perfect. Close to elementary school There are also well-equipped amenities nearby (hospital, supermarket, etc.). Location is good. I will recommend this place to other friends.
