        We placed a large order online. They did not include my $11.49 salad and they will not answer their one to issue a credit. The sandwiches are tasty but your stuck ordering online and if there is a mistake you get nothing.

        Today was my first experience at Capriotti's and it was wonderful! The staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. The POS system went down and I was given my meal complimentary. 100% recommend Capriotti's and will be going back!!

        Disgusting food: one of the worst sandwiches I've ever had. Ordered the basic turkey sub. It was so bad, after a few bites, I threw it in the garbage. Sincerely hoping I don't get sick from it.
