Never before have I had a service that so exceeded my expectations! As a person that has had some experience in life I’ve understandably bought services of all types, real estate services among them. You will obviously like the services most, that meet or exceed your expectations of that service. The way Jodi Bakst helped us find a house in Chapel Hill and finish all the paperwork needed for financing and closing on the house, so exceeded my expectations that I was frankly astounded. Jodi did a fantastic job of setting up a customized search for us and speed shopping with us for long days. Her commitment to succeeding in meeting our housing needs was obvious. Furthermore, her friendliness, jolly spirit and her driven, no-nonsense way of dealing with the task at hand, delighted me – a very effective type. This is the second house that Jodi has helped us sell in Chapel Hill. She is very sharp and professional and I always knew that she would get the deal done! Especially at this crazy time in the market, I felt so confident putting the success of our house sale in Jodi's hands. I especially liked her transparency in helping me set a selling price that was ambitious but achievable. I hope to be able to work with her again on the buy side someday! :)

All of the elements are there.... Jodi has all of the elements you would look for in a realtor - she is very skilled, professional, knowledgeable, prompt, and a pleasure to work with. Several years ago, she helped us to sell a difficult-to-sell property. She was the third realtor we had hired, and we were several years into the process at that point. She took it on, re-doing all previous marketing work, and sold it, to the exact right folks, who were pleased and excited to have it. She assists with the management of work that needs to be done, and makes the whole process as positive and painless as possible. All this is why we went directly to Jodi when looking to buy a home for our daughter. Again, she handled things expertly. We feel so lucky to know exactly who to call on when a realtor is needed. As our listing agent Jodi Bakst truly partnered with us to ensure we were set up for success before our house even hit the market. She suggested having an inspection done up front, and following this advice put us in a great position as sellers. We benefitted from her knowledge and great connections in the industry, and despite not being at all involved with our new build she showed interest and gave us valuable advice there too. From start to finish she was on top of things and minimized the stress of prepping and selling our house on a very short timeline. She is assertive, results-oriented, accessible, and relatable. Jodi is a rock star at what she does and I highly recommend her.
