If I could give 0 starts I would. Have been hung up on multiple times by customer service. I wait for 20 min to talk to someone. Then am out on hold for 10 until it gets to 5 o'clock and them I'm hung up on. Again this has happened multiple times.

My appointment was scheduled about a month out, frustrating, but understandable. I realized I did not receive the text I was told I would to join the virtual session the day of and called in about an hour before the appointment time to make sure I could get seen. I was placed on hold past the appointment time. I never got to talk to anyone and had to leave my information on a voicemail. I was called back the following day to reschedule, I explained the situation and was told the next appointment was again a month out. I understand demand is high, but this is borderline negligent. They had all my information including my phone and email. There was no attempt to contact me during my scheduled appointment time and now I am told it will be another month. I recommend avoiding this company and industry as a whole if possible.

Brian, the guy who holds down this office, is fantastic. He is friendly, helpful and genuine. He makes you feel like you are important. I love my current therapist there, but he always makes calling the office a warm and fun experience. He makes a difference
