Fran helped me navigate a tricky situation that involved my financial status. I had been a victim to a scam and could not open an account anywhere. Fran made it possible for me to open an account and followed up on me as well. Carolina Student Legal Services are kind, professional, and more than competent folks and our school is lucky to have them! It wasn't my first time coming to her for help and it probably won't be the last time too.

I went to Carolina Student Legal Services for a speeding ticket and Tristan helped me navigate the process! Being 2nd generation immigrants, my parents do not know the process that well so I appreciate having someone guide me throughout this!

The staff at CSLS were incredible! Layne and Fran were wonderful to work with! They were patient with me and took the time to answer the many questions I had regarding my situation. They made sure I understood the various parts of the paperwork I was signing and advised based on my individual circumstance rather than some generic response. CSLS is such an incredible and valuable resource to have available to students!! Thank you!!
