Triangle Remodeling Service Kitchen & Bathroom

We have been extremely pleased with Bobby Horton’s work. We initially hired him to remodel one of our bathrooms, which was a complicated job involving a major reconfiguration (e.g. adding a new door to the hall, reposition the guts of plumbing and electrical). He did a truly great job, and had excellent aesthetic suggestions. A year after working with him on the bathroom, we hired him to remodel our whole upstairs - again, he pays great attention to detail, and has excellent suggestions on what will work best. Now, we've asked him thoroughly update the house exterior. The most important thing is that I trust Bobby thoroughly and all of his employees.

We contacted them to see if they could remove the garden tub (which we never use), to see if it would be possible to move the shower to that location. These guys did such a nice job. The shower came out great and turned my old shower into a closet. They installed a larger ventilation fan and retrofit the old recessed can lights into L.E.D. They communicated well and even touched up grout in my other bathroom for free.

We would not hire Bobby Horton, aka Triangle Remodeling Service, to remodel an outhouse.  We paid him over $40,000 to remodel 2 bathrooms.  He refused to abide by his own contract, refused to buy and install fixtures included in the contract, failed to fulfill the contract as he wrote it, walked off the job and left work undone and a horrific mess.  Some work was sloppy and substandard, and he did some damage to the house,   We have no guarantee as he advertises, we have not heard a word of explanation from him.  I am sure we are headed to Court.  He is definitely not the type of person to do the right thing.  We have lots of photos to support our claims, these are just a couple immediately available.  We have no idea what is going on or why he has done this.  He just up and left the job about 5 weeks ago.  We have hired a reliable contractor we trust to correct and finish the work he refused to do or just outright left undone.  We would never ask him to come back or do any further work for us.  He is not to be trusted.

I have had a lot of estimates done for the job that I was looking to have done and they provided me with the best estimate of all. I could truly recommend them and they will always be doing my work in the future I am so happy with the job that they did for me They are very professional business they finish the job on time and the work was so great I would never hesitate to use them again in the future.

Called to inquire about a bathroom remodel. I asked a lot of questions about cost, materials, and so forth. Made appointment to have Bobby come out and give us a quote...he was a no call no show. I tried to call him; however, no answer. Took off work early to met this guy and got stood up. Would rather know now how he runs his business before I give him money. UPDATE: Bobby called me today to apologize about missing our appointment, for that phone call I give him and is company 5 stars...he takes his company's feedback seriously. We have rescheduled and are starting over with a clean slate. Thank you Bobby.UPDATE: Thank you Bobby for coming out today and discussing our remodel, we look forward to working with you.
