        We have been on the phone all day trying to get a furnace serviced that was purchased from them, and they keep giving us the run-around just to refer us to a repair person. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! It is a pain in the neck. We have wasted over 6 hours and still haven't been referred to a repair person. Very Dissatisfied.
