Hi Samantha! Thanks so much for the feedback. I've followed up with the managers for more details. Palmer was the young man who helped you. He is fantastic, and he just might be due for another raise. The co-worker that was supposed to be with him had a medical situation and had to leave. The manager you mentioned is one of our shift leaders, Danny, who is also great and has been with us for a long time. He walked in the back door and came up front to help, he wasn't just hanging out in the back.Danny is deaf, so he might have given that feedback to Palmer a little too loudly, but I can assure you he wasn't intentionally being rude or mean. Also, I completely disagree with Danny. Our policy has always been and will always be that customers can order any sub they want, hot or cold, any time. We just have to apologize, explain the situation and why there is a longer wait than usual, and knock out the subs that are ordered. We have followed up with both Danny and Palmer to verify this policy, so hopefully we're all on the same page going forward.Again, thank you so much for the feedback, it is INCREDIBLY valuable to us, and we always follow up on it.
