I've been thrilled with the work of Blackline over the past year. The last bookkeeper I used was excellent, and Team Blackline has continued that while adding more organization, consistency, and a hands-off approach for me. Rachel is a calm and stable presence for a quick moving, people-person like me, and keeps the financials well-organized with little input from my end -- we've refined categories, streamlined QBooks overall, so I really have a better understanding of where my expenses are -- thus make better financial decisions. Hardy has given a lot of helpful, straight-forward, and wise insights into my business and is always available to think through best practices or when I'm stuck. I'm grateful for their help and would highly recommend them.
